Description of machining
Using 3D CNC machining, we manufacture parts, fixtures and injection moulds to suit your requirements. This is custom production – intended mainly for industrial automation. We are able to produce custom quality parts thanks to our state-of-the-art machines, high-speed spindle, and Autodesk Inventor and Inventor CAM software. We usually use PDF, STEP, IPT, SLDPRT and other file formats.

A small, fast milling center, equipped with a stack of 30 tools and internal high-pressure cooling of the tools. The machine is equipped with a controlled divider, i.e. 4 axes, on which it is possible to perform multi-axis milling.

Tool milling center. The dimensional table allows clamping of large pieces and, thanks to the cross grooves, it is very variable when clamping workpieces. The machine is equipped with a stack for 50 tools and high-pressure central cooling, it is equipped with the most frequently used tools in our field.
